\"Yard\"Sz\u00edv Pension (C\u00edvis House Guesthouse, named after Sz\u00edv street which is existing since the 19th century) is located in a peaceful, central district of Debrecen, merely 300 metres away from the railway station and the coach station. The guesthouse has exclusive rooms for 1 to 3 guests, each with its own bathroom. The two storey building was built in 2006 and was renovated in 2020, and it has got an inner courtyard. In addition, we offer to our guests a car-park for a restricted number of cars.<\/p>\n

\"Street\"<\/p>\n

Each room is equipped with a colour LED TV and a fridge. There’s a bus and trolley-bus stop near the guesthouse, from where one can easily reach the Aquaticum Spa, the Thermal Spa, the University of Debrecen, the University Clinic, the Stadium, the F\u0151nix Sports Hall and the Sports Hall in Ol\u00e1h G\u00e1bor Street. The centre of town with Kossuth Square and Piac Street is also within easy reach, just 5 minutes’ walk. There one can find the most important sights of Debrecen, the Calvinist Church and Museum D\u00e9ry.<\/p>\n
